$1250 Annual Scholarship for Annual and Incoming Students

Pusch & Wynne understands the value of education as well and the ever increasing expenses of getting a post high school education. This yearly scholarship of $ 1250.00 is offered in order to help with some of the expenses required of promising students yearning to continue their education at the next level. To qualify for the Pusch & Wynne Scholarship, you must be a starting or continuing U.S. college student and must submit a 1000+ word essay on the legal topic prompt that is presented below. We will notify the winner via email and make a public announcement on Pusch and Wynne’s FaceBook page and Google Places Page.

• In the email, applicants must include: Full name, email address, current school attended and (intended) course of study. Contact information for parents if student is under 18, as well as permission from student’s parents to apply.
• After the application period has closed, we will review all submissions and decide on a winner by August 1, 2020.

2023 Fall Scholarship Topic: The Ethics of Artificial Intelligence

Write an essay between 500-1500 words exploring the implications of the increasing use of artificial intelligence (AI) on our society, with a focus on the ethical considerations. Discuss the current and potential applications of AI and its impact in the short-term and long-term. Address ethical concerns such as bias and job displacement and examine their potential implications.

NOTE: Pusch Wynne has a Privacy Policy for all applicant submissions. These submissions will NOT be shared and are for Pusch and Wynne’s use only. No third party will be granted access to any information that we collect during this process. At the time of the submission deadline, we will evaluate all submissions and individually contact the winning applicant. Award is sent directly to the financial aid office at student’s school of choice.
